The City of Atoka is sponsoring a City Wide Cleanup. The Cleanup will begin on Monday, September 23rd and will continue through Friday, September 27th.
Your household items and brush need to be ready for pickup by Sunday, September 22nd.
The clean-up crew will go down your street and pickup One Time Only.
Place your items at least 5 feet away from your poly-cart and place in an open area away from meters.
Please separate your brush from your household items.
Brush will be picked up separately. Please do not fill your poly-cart with cleanup items.
Poly-carts with cleanup items in it will not be picked up.
You will also have the option of hauling your household items to the transfer station. During this week only, there will be no charge to dispose of your household items, if you come by City Hall and get your most recent water bill statement and present it to the employee at the transfer station. The water bill statements must be picked up at City Hall prior to going to the Transfer Station.
PLEASE NOTE ELECTRONICS, TIRES, BATTERIES, SHINGLES OR CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS WILL NOT BE PICKED UP!
